Holy Toledo

I've always hated that saying but in this instance I feel like it is appropriate since these next few songs absolutely rock it. I can honestly say these are my 3 favorite songs at the moment and they are all no older than the beginning of summer time. First up is a song that has been remixed to death. And when I say to death I mean it. Everyone and their mother has tried a remix of Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites and most fail (not a huge fan of the original even). Some say Kaskade's is great, among others, but hardly ever did I hear anyone mention the name Gabriell. This song is completely different from any other remix I've heard and I love it for it. Not just because it's different but it's a pleasure to listen to as well. Check it out and there's a free download for it as well thanks to Gabriell himself.

Next up are two massive songs by two people that I have started to listen to more and more. I've always known they were out there but never really took the time to listen to all their stuff as nothing really wowed me. This has now changed after hearing the John Dahlback remix of Big by Sneaky Sound System and Funkagenda + Adam K's song Drift. Both of these songs are phenomenal and should be played out as much as possible. Actually heard DallasK of all people drop the Dahlback remix at Webster Hall a couple weeks ago and needless to say I went ape shit.  Drift has been out for a couple months but I have never really been into Funkagenda until I listened to his set from Detroit the other night when he opened for Deadmau5.  Check out both below but I must warn you that wherever you are you will want to start dancing (not that that's a bad thing).

DallasK + Wolfgang Gartner

If you haven't heard by now, Wolfgang Gartner is playing at Webster Hall in a couple days (on Friday to be exact). Also, if you haven't heard, DallasK will be joining him. So yes, as if Wolfgang was not enough electro house for you, we now have DallasK gracing us with his presence at Webster Hall (Tickets). I have been waiting forever for this to happen and I have labeled this a cannot miss show in my mind. DallasK maybe inexperienced in comparison to Wolfgang but let me just say he definitely has skills. You could do a simple search for him on here and find a few songs that I'm in love with by him but nothing will compare to the song below. This is the jam, the sickness, bomb, whatever else you want to call it. I never really got around to posting it as I have been incredibly busy lately so I apologize for the delay but I hope this magnificent treat will help in the forgiving process.  Do not miss this young talent from Orlando.

Its Been Too Long

I don't know what has happened the past couple weeks. I hadn't found anything that really wowed me for so long and it was non stop partying/working I think I flat out forgot to listen to good music. Have no fear though, after a nice Sunday off from the bar, I have regained my true self and have found good music once again.

The first song below is by the one and only Trentemoller, who is amazing and also playing at Webster Hall next weekend, right before Wolfgang actually (but you have to buy tickets to both to see both, they empty the venue between the two or so they say). It's a beyond chill song which I feel like every M83 song must be, even if it's remixed.

M83 - Midnight City (Trentemoller Remix)

That one was a full song, the below is simply a preview.  Call this fratstep, brostep, or what have you but I still love Feed Me no matter what.  And in case you haven't heard, he will be opening for Deadmau5 at Roseland Ballroom (I believe at all shows) along with Excision.  If you have ever missed any performance by Feed Me I strongly suggest you check him out at the very least, one of my favorite live shows every time I've seen him.  Check the radio rip of his newest song below with Hadouken.  I still prefer the electro side of Feed Me but dubstep also kills it (lets be real, Blood Red and Cloudburn are two of my favorites ever).

Feed Me ft. Hadouken! - Trap Door

Alright fine, one more to thank all of you for sticking around and checking back.  Tommy Noble has recently become one that I always watch for as I love electro house in general but he never seems to let me down.  Just listen below and check out anything and everything he has ever put out there.  Pure electro gold.

And one more from the very unknown Ton!c, this actually came on randomly as I was typing all of that nonsense above. Huge fan of this song already and I am currently hearing it for the first time right now. Enjoy it with me (if you can listen to it the minute after I post this...).
